• Slow Flow

  In this harmonious flow, poses are guided in a slow manner giving new students time to work on postures and advanced students opportunities to try more challenging holds or variations. Emphasis is placed on taking full mindful inhales and exhales as your move through class. Moving in this slow and deliberate manner, students are asked to connect with their felt sense of being and observe closely the thoughts, emotions and sensations that arise during practice. Class ends with a restful and restorative 10-minutes of savasana. (75 mins) Recommended For: Beginners, All-Levels

• Aerial Yoga Level I

  Once you've taken at least one Aerial Flow Fusion or Restorative Aerial Yoga class, and feel comfortable in an aerial silk, you are ready to try Aerial Yoga Level I Beginners Class. This class is for beginners to aerial, or a relaxing way for advanced practitioners to stretch out and relax at a slower pace than advanced classes. In this class, you will practice all the main poses and beginner transitions for aerial, which will especially build your upper body and core strength, and prepare you for intermediate and advanced aerial classes. As always, we will finish with a restful and restorative savasana. Recommended For: Beginners after taking Aerial Flow Fusion or Restorative Aerial
